- Shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your package. Bpost (Belgian Post).
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Cost:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Delivery Issues:
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages that are lost or stolen.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship your package. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We kindly remind our customers that any applicable duty fees that may arise upon accepting your parcel are the responsibility of the customer. During international customs processes, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Please note that if a package is refused, we are unable to provide a refund as the package will be returned to us by the courier. Additionally, return shipping rates are not covered by Artractive.
